Rental Rates

All weekly rentals are for 6 nights.

Discounts may be available for rentals longer than 6 nights.  Please inquire.

• Minimum cleaning fee of $150 if home is not left in acceptable state.
  

Terms & Conditions

• Rental Rate includes lodging for up to 30 people, including guests that choose to stay in an RV or tent.  Additional guests are charged a per person fee of $25 per day.  Maximum occupancy is 35 persons over the age of two.
• Outdoor pool is not heated from November 1st thru February 29th. However, rental guests can pay $200 a day to have it heated during these four months, minimum of 3 days required. The indoor pool and spa is heated year-round.
• Deposit of half the rental fee is due upon booking.
• Holiday weeks include Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, & Thanksgiving.
  

Reservation Policy

All reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of stay. Reservations made within 30 days will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of initial reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur a processing fee of 5% of the total deposit paid. 90 days advance notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made within the same calendar year of reservation are non-refundable, unless the dates are filled by another guest.
