The manicured grounds of the River Home are truly one-of-a-kind in the St. George area.  Large enough for groups of up to 35 guests to have room to spread out – the grounds are a mix of beautiful green lawns, huge trees, traditional St. George landscaping, a rare cactus forest, and more natural areas near the river.  The grounds are fenced off from the river walkway, but guests can access this river trial through a private gate.  Off the back of the home is a beautiful new patio and pool complex.  With a built-in barbeque bar, hot tub, and fantastic new pool – guest will want to spend plenty of time relaxing in this area of the property.  The grounds include an outdoor basketball area, a gated entrance, and enough parking for a dozen cars and a couple motor homes.
